BERKWIN’S SELF PROTECTION (S) AND FRANCHISE WORK CREATION (W) ORGANISATION
In an effort to find a solution for the country’s huge safety and unemployment crisisses, as well as for the uncontrolled population growth, Berkwin has decided on the creation of a country wide SW organization, comprising of the above mentioned two divisions.
The S division exercises overhead control over the organization with the following objectives:
. To get the co-operation of all citizens for their self protection and safety under normal circumstances as well as in cases of mass violent actions.
. To create a mass fund raising action for the S service rendered and control over the spending of it by the W division.
The W division creates jobs for South Africa’s millions unemployed citizens of all races and communities.
The SWF organization is in close co-operation with the SAPS, security forces and other security services.
The aim is to upgrade the whole of South Africa into an intensive agriculture and cattle farming industry of an unprecedented scale for the millions unschooled as well as schooled jobless people of all races on rural Mini Farms as well as on urban Micro Farms, without the risking of property owners involved and so also contribute to solve the property ownership dispute in SA. The rural developments are primarily aimed on underdeveloped agricultural land, for example the Traditional Black Homelands, government properties, including game reserves like the Kruger National Park, but farmers on plots and farms can also participate.
Capital for this enterprise is raised by the S leg and transferred to the W leg of the organization for implementation.
THE SELF PROTECTION (S) DIVISION OF THE ORGANIZATION
Due to the scale of the S business, the management is delegated to S managers on all levels of the hierarchy.
Berkwin herewith extends an invitation to interested candidates to apply for an appointment in the post of Chief Managing Director in any one of the 9 Provinces and with it for the establishment of the appropriate Provincial Head Office: Self Protection. The appointment of the other posts in the Provincial Head Office as well as for the establishment of lower level Offices in the Province and the appointment of the staff are delegated to the appropriate S managers.

THE FRANCHISE WORK CREATION DIVISION (W) OF THE ORGANISATION
Work creation is done by the Franchise Work Creation (W) Branches. Berkwin herewith extends an invitation for entrepreneurs to firstly register a “Pty Ltd” business and thereafter apply for the Registration of it as a Berkwin Franchise Work Creation (W) Branch.
Applicants must be in possession of a computer with MS Word and Excel programs.
The cost for the application for Registration is R200,00. After the Registration of the Application, more information will be provided. The monthly Franchise license installment is R8000,00 with exemption for the 4 months following the Registration.
The potential monthly income for a W Branch is R486000,00.
With the submission of the Application for Registration, all Berkwin’s Franchise conditions are accepted in advance by the applicant. Registration can, however, on request be cancelled with reimbursement of the Registration money.
